Refund policy

Return Policy

We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at bbbssser@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
